About the Role:
As a special education needs teaching assistant, you will work with a variety of students, particularly one-on-one sessions with SEN students, providing them with individualised support and assistance throughout the school day.

Previous experience working with SEN children is essential, however excellent support skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important. Requirements:
- Previous experience working 1:1 or in groups with children.
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities
- A genuine desire and passion for working with children.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to different environments and difficult behaviours.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to create relationships with teachers, children and parents.
- Sensitivity, patience, empathy and problem-solving skills when it comes to handling difficult situations.
