Ortus recruitment are currently looking for a reliable individual to work in our partner Primary School in Croydon for a SEN Teaching Assistant.

The Primary School has an Ofsted ‘Good’ for their last report, great facilities and a strong leadership team who help provide high quality standards of education.

The successful candidate will be someone who has a strong academic background and some previous experience working in a school with children and SEN pupils.

They must also come across warm and welcoming and be able to communicate with teachers and children clearly and effectively.

The role consists of working alongside a teacher, helping them plan and organise lessons as well as getting involved in class activities.

You will be working in groups of children and 1 to 1 with pupils who may need additional help with their work and SEN.

• £70 – £90 Per day (PAYE – No Hidden deduction – No umbrella company fees)

• 2 most recent employment references
• Enhanced child workforce DBS on update service or be willing to process a new one.
