We’re currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school through our trusted recruitment agency. While formal qualifications aren’t required, we are looking for someone with proven experience working with children aged 4–11.

Experience working in a primary school or similar environment
A patient, positive, and proactive attitude
Ability to build strong relationships with both pupils and staff
Reliability and a genuine passion for supporting children’s education

What you’ll do:
Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Work with small groups or one-on-one to provide additional support
Help create a safe, fun, and inclusive classroom environment
Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and activities
