We’re currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school through our trusted recruitment agency. While formal qualifications aren’t required, we are looking for someone with proven experience working with children aged 4–11.

• Experience working in a primary school or similar environment
• A patient, positive, and proactive attitude
• Ability to build strong relationships with both pupils and staff

What you’ll do:

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Work with small groups or one-on-one to provide additional support
• Help create a safe, fun, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and activities
