Contract: Full-time (Term-Time Only)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a warm and inclusive primary school in Colindale seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 girl with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis.

About the Role:

• Work closely with a pupil who requires additional behavioural and emotional support
• Implement strategies to manage and reduce challenging behaviour
• Assist with academic learning, social development, and emotional regulation
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Provide a safe, consistent, and encouraging environment

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children with SEMH needs or behavioural challenges
• A calm, nurturing, and consistent approach
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A genuine interest in supporting SEND pupils
• Team Teach or similar training is a bonus (not essential)
