Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Heston, Hounslow
Salary: £90 – £100 per day (PAYE)
Start Date: Immediate / October 2025

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Heston. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping children with special educational needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and social/emotional needs, to thrive in their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, both in class and during interventions.
• Adapt learning resources to ensure accessibility for all pupils.
• Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised support.
• Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour in pupils.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with SEN (school, tutoring, or care setting).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
