About the Role

The school are looking for a positive, enthusiastic and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant who can provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs. You will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, building their confidence, and fostering their independence. This position is ideal for candidates looking to start or strengthen their career within SEND in a highly supportive primary school setting.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children or young people (Youth Work, Mentoring, Tutoring, Childcare, Coaching, etc.)
• Hold a relevant degree or qualification—subjects such as Psychology, Education, English, Maths, Science, Drama/Performing Arts are highly desirable, though all relevant backgrounds are welcome
• Be confident, patient, reliable and able to build positive relationships with pupils
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners and helping them thrive
• Be fully available Monday to Friday
