• Daily Rate: £90–£105, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Supporting pupils with academic, social, and emotional development
• Implementing tailored learning strategies and behaviour plans

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• A patient, caring, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
