Pay: £95–£105 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for an immediate start? Do you have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)?

We are recruiting for a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Mill Hill seeking a committed SEN TA to provide vital support to pupils with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech & language needs)
• Assist the class teacher and SENCo with individual learning plans (EHCP support)
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Track and record pupil progress
• Support with personal care where required

Requirements

• Experience working with children with SEN (school, nursery, or care setting)
• Patient, calm, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of safeguarding
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
