ORTUS RECRUITMENT are looking to recruit am unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant to work within one of our client SEN Primary Schools.

As our SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing additional support to children with SEN in the classroom. You will work closely with the class teacher and other professionals to plan, deliver and evaluate the best learning experiences for the children. You will be expected to proactively identify any special needs and take appropriate action to ensure the best outcomes for the children.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with SEN children, an excellent understanding of SEN and an understanding of the needs of SEN pupils. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and the ability to work well in a team.
