Ortus Recruitment is currently supporting our partnered primary school, who we have had a strong relationship with. The primary school now seek a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their amazing team.

Responsibilities

• The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will be enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
• The expectation for this role is a SEN Teaching Assistant who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
• The SEN Teaching Assistant chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to be eligible for this SEN Teaching Assistant role.
• To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
