Ortus Recruitment are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching assistant to work at a ‘Good’ school in Croydon. The role is to work across year 5 and 6 supporting pupils with ASC (Autism).

This primary school are seeking an enthusiastic yet patient individual who has experience working with children on a 1:1 or small group basis. Located in Croydon, the school has excellent public transport links and on-site parking.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience working with SEN
• Experience working on a 1:1 basis
• Experience working with children of the primary age range
• Dedicated and committed
• Have a patient and caring approach
• Strong academic background

You must:

• Hold right to work in the UK
• Hold a fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide recent and relevant references
• Be available full-time
