Ortus recruitment are currently looking for in individual to work in our partner primary school in Croydon for a SEN Teaching Assistant.

The school has an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ for their last report and a strong leadership team.

A successful candidate will be someone who has experience working with SEN pupils and a strong academic background to keep up with curriculum.

We are looking for an individual who is warm and welcoming and able to communicate with pupils clearly and effectively.

The role consists of working in groups of children and 1 to 1 with SEN pupils who may need additional help with their work.

You will be working alongside a teacher, planning and preparing lessons as well as getting involved in classroom activities and managing classroom behaviour.
