SEN Teaching Assistant | Croydon | £80-£95 Per Day PAYE

This role is perfect for an aspiring Teacher or Teaching Assistant, people that have experience of SEN through work or personal life, you could have a background in support and care work and are looking to expand your skills into a classroom or even a recent graduate within psychology or criminology. If you are determined and passionate about SEN children working as a SEN Teaching Assistant will provide you with a rewarding feeling as you help children achieve and strive into the next steps of their education.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be required to:

• Support the Teacher with the curriculum

• Work closely with children with SEN to develop their skills

• Carry out personal care if/when required

• Be attentive, patient, and resilient to build rapport with the children

• Assessing and accommodating individual learning needs

• Encouraging the social and emotional development
