Ortus recruitment are currently looking for an individual to work in a Primary School in Croydon for a SEN Teaching Assistant.

The Primary school has an Ofsted ‘Good’ for their last report with great facilities and a strong leadership team who aim to provide a high-quality standard of education.

The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background and have some previous experience working with children and SEN.

They should also come across warm, welcoming and be able to communicate effectively and clearly with teachers and children.

The role will consist of working alongside a teacher, helping them plan and organise lessons as well as getting involved in class activities.

You will be working in groups and 1 to 1 with children have SEN and may need additional help with their work and learning and development.
