Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. 💼 The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support pupils with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they achieve their full potential in a caring and supportive environment. 🤝

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. 📚
• Provide individual and small group support to pupils with SEN. 🌟
• Help prepare classroom materials and resources. ✏️
• Monitor and report on pupil progress. 📈
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. 🌻
• Supervise pupils during break and lunchtime as needed. 🥪

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role. 🎓
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey. ❤️
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 🗣️
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. 🤗
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability. 🎨
• A minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent). 📜
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or willingness to work towards this qualification) is desirable. 📘
