Position Overview: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll provide invaluable support to students with special educational needs, enabling them to access the curriculum and reach their potential. Your role involves working closely with classroom teachers and staff, creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse needs.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt teaching materials and methods.
• Offer emotional support and encouragement to students.
• Monitor and record student progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant is advantageous.
