A school located within the Richmond borough are looking for a highly experienced Teaching Assistant ready to commit to make a positive change within primary education. If you apply for this role you be specifically working with SEN children, supporting them with their reading, writing and numeracy skills.

What will the job role include ?

• Working 1:1 with students with SEN, such as autism and ADHD, supporting them within the classroom, at break and lunch.
• Ensure the student’s emotional, physical and social welfare is being looked after.
• Encourage pupils’ confidence and independence and providing feedback and assistance to teachers.
• Keep record of the student’s progress and highlight the areas they need to improve on.
