We are currently recruiting for an SEN primary school in Hayes, London Borough of Hillingdon. They are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management skills, to support behaviour and children with Autism across all years. The children in each class are of varied ages depending on ability.

• Hayes, London Borough of Hillingdon.
• Starting ASAP on a long-term, full-time position.
• SEN Primary School
• £85 – £95 Daily Rate.

They have an experienced and supportive Senior Leadership Team, and the successful candidate will benefit from the guidance and encouragement of the expert SENCO, who is known for helping push the development of all their SEN support staff.

SEN Teaching Assistant requirements:

• Second-class degree or better. (desirable)
• Experience with SEN children, preferably Autism/Challenging behaviour.
• Experience supporting primary school children
• Confidence and ability to implement positive behaviour strategies, thereby removing barriers to learning.
• Demonstrate resilience and a driven approach to support as a Challenging Behaviour TA.
