SEN Teaching Assistant – Sutton

Ortus Recruitment are working closely with our partner school in Sutton who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with ADHD.

Your role will include…

You will be working 1:1 with a pupil with ADHD, helping them throughout each lesson to ensure they are understanding and staying on task. You will also supporting the Class Teacher throughout the day, helping to plan and prepare lesson materials and activities.

Candidate Profile:

The perfect candidate will have valuable experience working with SEN, particularly with ADHD. Consistency is key within this role, so it is essential that you are able to commit to a long-term, full-time role. You should have a good understanding of the primary curriculum and be confident in your literacy and numeracy skills.
