We are currently recruiting for a mainstream primary school located in Teddington. They are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management skills, to support behaviour. The school is a three form entry and has lovely and experienced teachers to help their pupil’s excel and there is plenty of training for the right candidates.

What will you do in this role?

• You will be required to work in 1:1 with a child with autism
• You will be required to run small group interventions
• Help the class teacher
• Needs to be able to give feedback to parents
• Able to adopt different learning styles to meet different children’s need.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification or higher
• 3-6 months experience in a behaviour role
• Enhanced DBS
