Key Responsibilities
- Support children with a range of SEN across different year groups.
- Work with children who have Autism/ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioral difficulties.
- Monitor and record children’s progress.
- Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Essential Skills & Attributes
- A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
- Experience working with children with Autism/ADHD is highly desirable.
- Natural enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a supportive staff team.
