We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) to join our team at our school in Wimbledon, London. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide support for students with a range of SEN, including those with autism, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-on-one support for students with SEN
• Assisting in the planning and delivery of lessons
• Supporting the classroom teacher in managing student behavior
• Helping to prepare materials and resources for lessons
• Keeping accurate records of student progress and providing regular updates to teachers and parents

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working with students with SEN, particularly autism and dyslexia
• A level 3 qualification in SEN or related field (such as Team Teach)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
