We are recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant at an outstanding Primary school in Rayners Lane, London Borough of Harrow.

About the role:

• SEN Teaching Assistant
• Start date – Immediate
• Full time and long term
• Potential to turn in to a permanent contract for the right person.
• Pay up to £95 per day.
• Supporting pupils with Autism and Complex Needs.
• You will be required to support small groups 8 as well as offer one-to-one intervention when necessary
• You may need to work in conjunction with outside professionals such as physiotherapists, speech & language therapists, educational psychologists and others in implementing tailored plans for each pupil
• You must have previous experience supporting young people with Autism / ASC
• You will need to be resilient, patient and adaptable to a dynamic and changing environment
• They expect all staff to contribute and promote a fun, caring, relaxed and safe environment for staff and pupils
• Ideally you will have 3-6 months prior experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant and hold a Level 3 Teaching qualification.
