This job posting is for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) role in Lewisham, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Key Responsibilities:

• 1:1 Support: Provide focused support to an Autistic child in a Year 3 class.

• Behavior Management: Help manage and respond to challenging behaviors in the classroom.
• Parent Engagement: Foster positive relationships with the parents of the children.
