As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the school’s SENCo and SEND Teacher to deliver targeted support. This provision aims to offer tailored learning experiences that promote growth, development, and inclusion for students with SEND, while ensuring they have access to a rich and engaging curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in their academic and social development, helping them to achieve their full potential.
• Work collaboratively with the SENCo and SEND Teacher to implement strategies and learning plans.
• Provide tailored support in the specialist resource and occasionally in mainstream settings.
• Demonstrate a calm, professional approach to learning, using growth mindset strategies to encourage resilience and independence in students.
