Ortus Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking mainstream primary school in Streatham, currently seeking a passionate and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and inclusive school environment. Our partnered school is looking for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting pupils with special educational needs. You will be working closely with a pupil on a one-to-one basis, or within small groups, helping to deliver tailored support and ensuring they feel confident, engaged, and understood in the classroom. The role will involve assisting with both academic and social development, helping to implement personalised learning plans and behaviour strategies. You’ll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff who are committed to providing a nurturing and structured environment where every child can thrive.
