We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant with preferred childcare experience and a strong drive to advance their career in the education industry. If you are passionate about working in education and supporting SEN children, particularly those with Autism and Speech and Language needs, this role is ideal for you. Our school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for children with these special needs.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 16:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for children with special needs
• Assist the class teacher with daily tasks
• Support the entire class as needed
• Supervise and care for children during break times
• Manage challenging behaviour effectively
• Foster strong relationships with parents

Essential Skills:

• Genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
• Experience working with children with Autism/ADHD
• Natural enthusiasm for working with young children
• Ability to monitor and record a child’s progress
• Understanding of safeguarding children
• Positive, caring, energetic, and can-do attitude

Pay: £85.00 – £100.00 per day
