About the Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant (TA) in New Cross. This role involves providing one-on-one support to an autistic child in a Year 3 class, focusing on Autism and Speech and Language needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Individual Support: Work one-on-one with an autistic child in a Year 3 class.
- Classroom Assistance: Assist with classroom activities and lesson planning.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and record the child’s progress.
- Safety and Well-being: Ensure the child’s safety and well-being at all times.
- Development Support: Aid the child’s social and emotional development.

Essential Skills:
