Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers to support the delivery of high-quality education and to help students achieve their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide individual and small group support to students who require additional assistance.

• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they are fully included in all school activities.
• Assist with classroom management and organizational tasks.
• Prepare and manage classroom resources and materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable.
