Teaching Assistant Wanted in Sutton

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Sutton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to teachers and students in a classroom setting, as well as assisting with lesson planning and preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting teachers in the classroom by providing one-on-one support to students
• Helping to prepare materials and resources for lessons
• Assisting with the supervision of students during breaks and lunchtimes
• Providing support to students with special needs or disabilities
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• A relevant qualification in education or a related field (such as a teaching assistant course)
• Experience working in a classroom setting or with children is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Must have a valid DBS Check
