Are you a recent graduate looking for experience working within a primary school?

We are looking for a Teaching Assistants to work within a vibrant primary school in Croydon. Experience is not necessary but a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude is essential.

The daily working hours are 8:30 – 4:00

Pay Rate:

£85.00 – £105.00 per day PAYE (dependant on experience level)

About the Teaching Assistant role:

Supporting pupils within whole classroom settings

Working with a Year 1 Child on a 1:1 basis

Providing and maintaining a creative and safe learning environment

Assisting the class teacher as well as other staff members

Managing behavioural challenges

Track and report pupils progress daily

About you:

Have a positive and can-do attitude

Personable and proactive

Have good communication skills

Passionate about pupils learning and development

Have good timekeeping

Clear written and spoken communicator

Good academic background

Patient and calm under pressure
