Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation.
• Provide one-on-one support to a Year 2 student, adapting assistance to their specific learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive, inspiring, and stimulating classroom setting.
• Support students in building confidence, independence, and positive behavior.
• Assist in classroom organization, ensuring a well-structured, creative, and safe learning space.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Patience, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm and supportive in a dynamic school environment.

Desirable Skills (Not Essential but Beneficial):

• Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, or working with children.
