About the Role:
As a teaching assistant, you will assist our teachers in using their creativity to maximise children’s learning and development while tailoring instruction to their individual requirements.

Previous SEN work experience is preferred, exceptional support abilities, as well as the appropriate drive, character traits, and resilience levels, are equally crucial. Requirements:
- Previous experience working 1:1 or in groups with children.
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities
- A genuine desire and passion for working with children.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to different environments and difficult behaviours.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to create relationships with teachers, children and parents.
- Sensitivity, patience, empathy and problem-solving skills when it comes to handling difficult situations.
