Candidate Requirements:

• Recent Graduate or Childcare Professional
• A desire to commit to a long-term position for the remainder of the academic year, with potential for ongoing opportunities.
• A flexible team player who can collaborate across departments and contribute to a positive school culture.
• Prior experience working with children with learning difficulties, particularly those with autism, is highly desirable. (not essential)
• Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour and implement positive behaviour strategies effectively.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and advancing your expertise in SEN support.
