They recognize the crucial role that Teaching Assistants (TAs) play in the classroom and the significant impact they have on learning. The school is currently looking for a Teaching Assistant on a supply basis, and the successful candidates are expected to commence immediately.

Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
• The Teaching Assistant must be able to assist with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment.
• Help assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.
• Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of pupils.
• SEN qualification and experience would be desirable.
• Experience assisting primary school students.
