Teaching Assistant
A Streatham based mainstream primary school is seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant to join our excellent team. You will be a dynamic individual who is passionate about supporting children’s learning outcomes.

You will support the teachers with day-to-day organisation, duties, display, planning, teaching and learning (including supporting pupils who require enrichment) in order to raise the standard of pupils’ achievements across the curriculum.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a criminal record check via the DBS.
Requirements for Candidates:
- Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in a primary school setting. (desirable not essential)
- A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic school environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare would be advantageous.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students.
