This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly across a range of year groups and children’s needs, providing 1:1 and group support to ensure every pupil reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils across various age groups and with different needs.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with children to bring out their best.
• Assist in developing and implementing tailored strategies to support individual learning needs.
• Embrace change and be flexible in adapting your approach to meet the varied needs of the children.
• Support children in becoming independent, confident, resilient, and aspirational learners.
• Commit to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be kind and caring, with the ability to connect with children and help them thrive.
• Have recent practical experience in a school setting (desirable, but not essential).
• Be professional, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children and their families.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff, pupils, and families.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, good timekeeping, and punctuality.
• Be flexible and open to feedback, willing to take on new advice and approaches.
