Ortus Recruitment is partnering with a range of schools across the London Borough of Lambeth to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting the development of pupils, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The successful candidates will be booked in for long-term placements (for the duration of the academic year) with a view of rolling onto the next academic year or if you perform well, the school have the option to offer a permanent contract. There will be opportunities available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Our partnered mainstream schools within Lambeth are committed to creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive. The schools cater to a diverse range of pupils and are looking for teaching assistants who can support their learning, particularly those with SEN.

Requirements
To be considered for the Primary Teaching Assistant position, you will:

• Have relevant school experience within the UK
• Hold an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service
