We are looking for a dedicated and patient Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a Year 1 pupil with ASD and ADHD in a welcoming mainstream primary school in West Drayton, located just a 15-minute walk from West Drayton Station.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing one-to-one support to a Year 1 pupil with autism (ASD) and ADHD to help them engage in learning
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation using tailored strategies
• Assisting with classroom activities, ensuring the child is included in learning and social interactions
• Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to follow an individual support plan
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Enthusiastic, patient, and proactive individuals who enjoy working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with SEN (particularly ASD/ADHD) is beneficial but not essential
• Graduates or those with aspirations in teaching, psychology, or SEN support are encouraged to apply
