Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons across the curriculum.
• Provide direct support to students, especially those with special educational needs (SEND), to help overcome barriers to learning.
• Help manage resources and administrative tasks related to teaching and learning activities.
• Offer one-on-one support to individual students to ensure their full participation in class activities.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure the smooth running of the school’s SEND provisions.

Essential Requirements:

• Educated to Level 3 standard (or equivalent).
• Flexible, with the ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A professional and positive approach to work.
• Passionate about supporting the educational development of students, especially those with SEND.
