About the Role:

This is a varied position that will involve supporting pupils from Early Years to Year 6, both in class and through small group or 1:1 work. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to help children reach their full potential – academically, socially, and emotionally.

You’ll need to be flexible, proactive, and ready to adapt to the needs of the children throughout the day.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience working in a primary school setting (3–11 years)
• Passionate about supporting pupils at all stages of development
• Comfortable working with the full primary age range and with children with additional needs
• Creative, enthusiastic, and able to bring energy into the classroom
• Able to form positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, Grade C/4 or above
• Right to work in the UK

Experience supporting children with special educational needs is desirable, but not essential – a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow is what matters most.
