Teaching Assistant – Hounslow

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Hounslow. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom and contribute to the success of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need additional support
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation
• Providing support for children with special educational needs (SEN) where required

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff
• Flexible, proactive, and reliable
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are advantageous but not essential
