· Providing tailored support to children, meeting their social, emotional, and academic needs
· Tracking and recording students’ progress, identifying areas for development
· Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom organisation
· Encouraging creativity, engagement, and positive behaviour
· Supporting small groups or individual pupils who may need additional help
