Our specialist recruitment agency is seeking a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to work across year groups in a vibrant and inclusive school setting.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN and behavioural needs
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Help implement EHCPs and personalised support strategies
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Create a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment
• Support pupils across different year groups as required

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
• Is calm, empathetic and resilient
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Holds a relevant qualification (Level 2/3 TA or equivalent – desirable)
• Has an enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one)
