As a Teaching Assistant, you will be the backbone of the classroom, supporting teachers and helping students to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
• Be a role model and mentor for students, providing support and guidance to help them succeed
• Help to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on their progress and areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Experience working as a teaching assistant or similar role
• Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
• Patience, kindness and a passion for education
