Teaching Assistant | Borough of Croydon | Full time | ASAP Start

Ortus recruitment are currently seeking an individual to work full-time in a school in the Croydon area as a Teaching Assistant.

The ideal candidate should have some previous experience with a strong academic background.

The school has an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ for their last report and a strong leadership team that help provide a high-quality standard of education.

The role will consist of working with a teacher, planning and organising lessons. You will also be supervising activities in the classroom and supporting pupils 1:1 who need additional learning support.

We are looking for

· Level 2 or 3 qualification ideally but not essential.

· Relevant previous experience working with children.

· A strong academic background able to keep up with curriculum.

· Someone who can work full time.

· A clear and effective communicator.
