Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Mentor

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support and interventions for students with challenging behavior
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create and implement effective behavior management strategies
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Mentor students to develop positive social and emotional skills
- Maintain detailed records of interventions and progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of behavior management techniques in an educational context
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field are advantageous
