The role:

• Position: Teaching Assistant
• Location: Colliers Wood
• Full time-long term
• PAYE £80-£90
• Immediate start

Responsibilities:

• Assisting teachers in planning, delivering, and monitoring activities
• Supporting children in their classroom and outdoor activities
• Liaising with parents, teachers and other professionals
• Working with small groups and individuals
• Implementing IEPs, behaviour plans and other intervention strategies
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the school environment
• Contributing to the development of school policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
• Previous experience working with children
• Available full-time, long-term, and flexible
• Available to support SEN and additional needs
• Strong communication skills
