Your Role & Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students.
• Assist the Class Teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Monitor and report on student progress, helping them reach their full potential.
• Encourage positive behaviour and contribute to a stimulating classroom environment.
• Support the school’s commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for learning.

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A degree or a strong academic background.
• A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.
• The ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
• A commitment to full-time work, Monday to Friday.
